Hello

Urine analysis report may suggests urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly turbid appearance of urine and presence of excessive WBC and RBC in urine.
UTI is also confirmed by positive leukocyte esterase test.
Few casts are acceptable.

You need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine culture/sensitivity.

Proper antibiotics should be based upon culture and sensitivity report.
You should drink plenty of water. You may also need to take alkalizing syrup.

Get well soon.
Take Care
